In Summary… We value your privacy like we value our own personal privacy.

• As activists, we want to keep our personal information private at all times unless we make a clear, conscious decision to expose it.
• The app can be used anonymously, without logging in. Anonymous use is the default, and in that case, no personal information is stored by the app.
• Your location information is never stored within the app or elsewhere.
• When you log in to the app:
  • We require your email address. You cannot log in unless you provide your email address.
  • Your email address is used to identify your account and will not be used for marketing or any kind of solicitation.
  • If you log in, you may join a group. Joining a group gives you access to member-only messages sent by organizers. When you join, the group organizer will have access to your name and email address, to be able to manage the members of the group. The app informs you of this before you join any group, so you can cancel before joining if needed. Group organizers must abide by this privacy policy and the terms of the End User License Agreement.
• Send email to privacy@indivisibleapp.org if you want us to remove your account.

We make extensive use of the data behind the indivisible.org web site. Their privacy policy is available online, and the Indivisible App abides by the terms of that policy.
